Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is wrong or defective. Any return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned along with the original invoice and original case/packaging.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon code. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original source of payment.
